Your Rights
First of all you must know that housing is a human right for all and is not supposed to be a commodity. Because of the numerous unlawful human rights abuses of and during slavery and forced assimilation, African Americans can now assert their RIGHT OF SELF-DETERMINATION and immediately end homelessness and overall poverty. As you will now learn, one simple special vote could erase poverty and injustice as well as make all housing free for African Americans.

Law
In 1992 the United States government ratified the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR). The ratification made the ICCPR the "supreme law of the land" under the Supremacy Clause of the U.S. Constitution, which gives acceded treaties the status of federal law. Article 1 of the ICCPR states: "All peoples have the right of self-determination. By virtue of that right they freely determine their political status and freely pursue their economic, social and cultural development."
That may not be a big deal to the majority white population of the country who are already enjoying their self-determination, but is a major break for Afrodescendants who have never exercised the right. It gives Afrodescendants the right to take ownership along with political control over any area they are a majority in and change the political system and policies. The policy concerned here is free housing. Paying for housing is suspended and ownership is granted to residents as well as empty properties.
Steps to Free Housing

Human Rights Policy Officers
Human Rights Policy Officers exist to promote and protect human rights. Officers will make sure the right of self-determination is respected and everyone enjoys free housing if the vote (referendum) is successful.
Before Proceeding
Please know that you are about to utilize your most powerful collective right. African Americans asserting the right of self-determination will drastically shift the power and wealth dynamic in the country. Tremendous wealth and power that was once enjoyed exclusively by others will now be put into the hands of the African American community. That is why the government elite dislikes this right and has kept the public ignorant while trying to discourage or sabotage those attempting to organize its assertion. However it cannot lawfully be opposed if enough people become aware and participate.
